Sheila Stewart
I am based in the UK on the South Coast and as a child I always loved drawing and painting. Since taking early retirement I have again turned to painting and now attend an art class once a week where I meet like-minded people and receive encouragement and advice from an experienced and excellent tutor.
I work in acrylics and pastels at the moment but intend to experiment with oils and maybe watercolours again. My inspiration comes from places I have visited and my rambles round the beautiful Dorset countryside.
My preferred subject matters are landscape and seascape but I also paint people and animal studies.
